UPDATE: UPDATE: Vital Factor TeamsVital Factor Teams

What is a Vital Factor Team? A Vital Factor Team is a small group of 6-8 advisors or managing directors that meet on a regular (monthly) basis to focus on the vital few things that will drive their business to the next level.

How often with the VFTs meet and how long with those meetings last. VFTs will meet on a monthly basis.  The calls should last about an hour.

What are the Vital Factors that will be measured? The Vital Factors will be different for the Managing Director, Advisor, and

Property Management VFTs.  Looking at the best practices of leading offices and top performers, we have created a list of Vital Factors.  This is a starting point.  The Vital Factors will change as we implement the initiative and learn more.

What platform will be used for the VFT meetings. Google Hangouts will be used.  To use the complete functionality of Google Hangouts, you need to register for Google Plus.

What kind of commitment am I making? You are committed to systematically sharpening your ax.  You will be committing to attending 12 VFT meetings a year.  You are committing to setting stretch goals and being held accountable.  You are committing to a fair amount of transparency.  You are also committing to sharing you wisdom and experience with you VFT.  You are essentially committing to becoming a better advisor.

Who is leading these VFTs? Advisors and managing directors are volunteering to lead these VFTs.

VFT’s Frequently Asked Questions:

1. The VFT teams have been created. 2. Over the next few days you will receive an email from Bo

Barron. This introductory email will contain the names of your fellow team members and important information regarding your monthly team meetings.
