•Be on time, a few mins early•Wear a suit•Ensure you know the company / role / interviewer (Linked in)
•Plan for Behavioural Questions•Always use examples•Situation / Solution / Outcome•Stick to the point

•Always be honest•Interviewers (whether technical or not) can see through people who are hiding the truth•Go in to detail•Never assume interviewer knows you have the basics – cover them anyway
•Sell who you are•Companies buy people and potential•Know your strengths & weaknesses•Ask questions – you’re interviewing them as much as they’re interviewing you•Get them talking
•Gut feeling• If your gut feeling is wrong about the company or the role, listen to it.
Graduate Recruitment Process “Tips”
• If you are experienced in the business (ie, retail) then use that experience to get on a company implementing SAP
• GEN Y: People are going off hiring typical Gen Y’s. They are liked for their initial enthusiasm but can be seen as someone who believes they deserve everything now, before they have “earnt their stripes:
• Social Media: Linked In, Twitter, Facebook. Be careful what goes on your personal pages
