The various functions / businesses in Spectramind are: Business Development & Relationships Finance and Infrastructure Human Resources Operations Quality Training Transition / Process Migration Technology eLearning Development / Services Web enabled Products / Service SPECTRAMIND POSITION DESCRIPTION Function : Operations Job : Technical Support Associate Location : Okhla ,New Delhi Reporting to : Team Leader, Technical Support PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : o Answer ACD calls and access customers’ technical support needs and handle/route accordingly. o Log Customer calls o Provide first level technical support on basic operations or maintenance of PCs/ or peripherals using documented procedures and available tools. o Use troubleshooting techniques to identify products that are defective. o Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems. o Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings, current products and technologies o Ensure proper escalation procedures.
