ProcessSite SurveysSite surveys and inspections are conducted within one week of an order being placed with MPL and carried out by our own surveyors.

Retail FloorsThe combination of lightweight construction, superior powder-coated finish and wide range of colour options makes our mezzanine ideal for retail environments. Whether you need a seamless addition to your sales floor area, more back-of-store storage or extended office space, a mezzanine floor will probably be your cheapest and most flexible option. Fast installation to an agreed schedule by our experienced engineers ensures that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum and that additional floor space is brought to productive use according to plan. Our floors can be found in many retail locations throughout the country.
Office StorageMany commercial premises offer excessive, unused headroom which is un-productive and expensive to heat or cool. A mezzanine floor can transform this wasted space into productive office or storage space with minimal disruption and can allow a business to expand considerably within its existing premises. Production FloorsMezzanine floors have become increasingly popular with manufacturing and production businesses as the drive to increase productivity and flexibility from existing facilities gathers pace. Existing buildings need flexibly and wasted space minimised whilst a safe and secure working environment is maintained. MPL takes full design and engineering responsibility for ensuring that floors meet all Building Regulation requirements and are fit for purpose. Our system optimises the use of space within both existing and new facilities by calculating the most efficient mezzanine design solution.
WarehousingMPL’s efficient integrated mezzanine production system optimises the design and production process which has benefited installations in some of the largest warehousing and distribution centers in the UK. Our floors can be installed as single, double or triple tier systems incorporating full fire protection, safety barriers and access equipment as required.
Garment StorageMezzanine Projects offer a modular hanging garment storage system to compliment the varying length of different garments. Fully adjustable hanging rail systems allow the client to maximise storage area available and can easily be adapted to shelving should the need arise. Powder coated and bright zinc coated finishes are also available. The overhead speedrail system consists of a tubular rail that transfer trolleys which carry hanging garments to and from storage and distribution areas. This greatly improves the transfer and handling efficiency of products around different storage floors.
Using powered overhead conveyors, garments can also be transferred between floor levels and loading bays. Vehicle loading systems are also available to maximise loading efficiency. The Gliderail system consists of a square rail that transfers hanging garments without the need for overhead trolleys. It maximises the storage capacity and is quicker to use with less maintenance.
