An overview highlighting SRCP’s range of Sacrificial & Impressed Current Anodes, Monitoring equipment and Zinc Tape.

SpecialistRepair & ConstructionProducts:

Zinc Layer Anode applied to the so it of a balcony, with a decorative coating.

The simplest CP system ever.Galvanic anode systems are much

simpler than impressed current

systems and the ZLA system is

particularly simple. In the best case

scenario simply clean the surface,

pull of the ZLA backing tape,

press the anode to the concrete

surface and connect the ZLA to the

reinforcement.

Zinc Layer Anode is zinc sheet

backed with activator paste,

adhesive and a backing sheet.

Applied to a concrete surface it

provides sacrificial galvanic cathodic

protection to actively corroding

reinforcement. Manufactured by

corrPre Engineering in Italy.

cartridges and ZAP applicator gun.

The Roll Anodes enable the precise

location of anodes for a particularly

simple internal anode system. In the best-

case scenario simply drill holes, insert the

Roll Anode, fill with activator paste and

connect to the reinforcement.

A simply applied internal anode system.

Rolled zinc sheet for insertion into

drilled holes, which are then filled

with Zinc Activator Paste (ZAP) to

give a precise and easy location of

anodes within sound concrete where

reinforcement is corroding. With a

connection to the reinforcement

provides galvanic cathodic

protection to reinforcement.

No more hard breakout.Professional long lasting repairs at

a fraction of the cost. Providing full

cathodic protection using GSC Super

Anodes eliminates the need for expensive

breakout of hard, sound but contaminated

concrete.

GSC Super Anodes are specifically

designed to cathodically protect

reinforcement in concrete. The

anodes are embedded within the

repair concrete or mortar and

are electrically connected to the

reinforcement. They are perfect for

the localised patching of corrosion

induced damage.

Limited access or wet conditions? All components of the system are resistant

to corrosion and hence the system can be

used in corrosive environements such as

the underside of wharf decks. The system

is easy to use in restricted or confined

spaces as it is located on the surface of

the concrete.

Cassette is a ribbon anode

impressed current cathodic

protection (ICCP) system. Instead

of burying the ribbon anode in the

concrete it is mounted in an inert

panel with a felt pad to spread

the current from the ribbon to the

concrete surface.

Technical Data• Fibre glass cassette• Elgard 150 ribbon rated at 5.28mA/m• Cassettes with double ribbon at 400mm

centres = 5 x 5.28 = 26.4mA/m2• Fibre Glass Plate 80x80x9.5mm with 18mm

Now it is simple to design and install a

web based monitoring & control system

so there is no need to go to site for testing.

A new generation of water based conductive paint anodes is now available.

Zebra is a conductive paint

impressed current cathodic

protection (ICCP) system for the

repair of concrete structures.

Employing conductive ZEBRA

paint and connecting the steel

reinforcement to the protective

circuit puts a stop to concrete

corrosion.

Advantages• Restoration work completed 30 - 40% faster• Repairs are significantly cheaper• Shorter closures of structures• No need for high-pressure water jetting• No need to remove large amounts of concrete• Web based monitoring• Proven technology

Flexible anode placement.

Advantages• Easy economic installation with grinding,

drilling or embedding• Natural gas venting - The microcrystalline

structure of silicates has a pore size that allows the free passage of water vapour and oxygen

• Longevity - The insoluble silicates formed in the chemical reaction are resistant to strong acid attack

• Ample protection - Satisfies the 100mV criteria for e ective cathodic protection according the international standard ISO12696

• Convenient pilot testing - easily apply and displace each individual Corrodisc anode to analyse the e ects of steel polarisation

Pipe being wrapped with Zinc Tape using the specially designed applicator.

Better than hot dipped galvanising.Zinc Tape is a versatile and easily applied

corrosion control coating system that can

be applied insitu to provide the equivalent

or better corrosion protection than hot

dipped galvanising (HDG). Specialist

equipment makes its application rapid

and consistent.

The conductive adhesive, which

contains Zinc powder and ensures

conductivity over the entire steel

element, along with the ease of

application to structures insitu sets

Metalnastri’s Zinc Tape apart from

other tape coatings for corrosion

protection.

METALNASTRIANTICORROSION SYSTEMS

A wall mounted control box of a Camur II system, Norway.

Multiple projects. All remotelymonitored. The Camur II so ware shows the project

groundbeds each with power supply

information and monitoring data. Based

on the client instructions the Camur II

Controller collects and transmits data and

controls each groundbed. Data is stored

within the controller and transmitted to

user computers on request.

Camur II is a distributed data logger

system designed for measurements

in concrete. It is a scalable system.

You will find cost-e ective solutions

for systems with few sensors

installed in a small area or systems

with hundreds of sensors spread

over several hundred meters.
