done a great job, work-

sure that we did not

Not everyone realizes the extra time and effort put forth, to
make sure the program runs smoothly. We do! We will miss him
very much, but in his usual fashion, he has already set the
wheels in motion to make sure of a successor. We hope that he
will join us for lunch, as a guest, soon, so that we can thank him
in person. We wish him well in his future plans!

We were very pleased to have Rabbi Norman
Koch with us, again, for an inspiring Thanks-
giving message. He also thanked us for our
support of Temple Sholom and the community.
December 13, Dave showed us slides from his
humanitarian trip to Mexico. Daughter, Katy,
and Rev. Mike Moran from the First Congre-
gational Church accompanied him. The mis-
sion trip was made on behalf of “Simply
Smiles”. Much of the team’s labor was build-
ing a second story on a bathroom.

Terry introduces Sahana Zutschi, our Rotary Ambassadorial Student, and discusses important mat-
ters with Diane.
Jeanne, Jim, Pauline and Peter are all smiles, enjoying the evening.
We were pleased that Jack and Barbara had grandson, David and his wife, Ranada, as their
guests. Sahanna and new member, Beth Falder, are all smiles (must have been something that
photographer, Katy said).
The Four-Way Test
Of the things we think, say or do:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOOD WILL and BET-
TER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all con-
cerned?
Big Winner! Frank proudly
displays the beautiful quilt
that Veralyn made, for the
occasion (as always!) He
and Priscilla won the first
prize.
