select words which are
simple, contextual,
meaningful and clear
Correct
Pronunciation Pronunciation is an
important factor of standard
and effective
communication. One
should keep the accepted
pronunciation of a
particular language when
speaking in that language
Accurate Grammar
Accurate and Correct
Grammar is inevitable in
communication, because
the receiver may be
mistaken so that the whole
idea may be conveyed vise
versa, if a wrong structure
of sentence is used.
Nature of the Receiver
The communicator should
select the words and style
of presentation on the basis
of the nature of the receiver
i.e. his age level, his
capacity, his mentality etc.
Facial Expressions
The communicator should
be able to carry his mental
feelings and the emotions
on his face.
