DESCRIPTION
British Council Presents: Speak Up! The Second Annual Conference for English Language Teachers: The 2nd conference for English language teachers, organised byBritish Council Algeria, will be held on 29 March 2012 at the Centre des Loisirs Scientifique, Batna. The conference aims to bring together teachers of English from Algeria and abroad to discuss and share best practices, new ICT (Information Communication Technology) tools, issues and solutions for teaching English in Algeria. The programme includes 7 parallel sessions, a workshop and talks by both national and international presenters. The Batna conference follows on from the success of last year’s in Algiers and demonstrates British Council’s commitment to offer high quality events in different regions of Algeria. It is hoped that 120 delegates interested in developing English language provision in Algeria will attend. There will be a fusion of national and international experts, reasserting British Councils objective of facilitating the development of English language experts and institutions in both the public and private sector.TRANSCRIPT
