Advanced Tutorials are follow up training sessions for Quicksleeper5 users, providing the opportunity to review advanced techniques, iron out any difficulties and receive guidance and support from our tutor Dr Andrew Prynne. These sessions are run completely chairside, three hours long and strictly limited to three delegates per session.

About The Tutor

Dr Andrew Prynne is an International Trainer in Intraosseous Anaesthesia at the Dental Hi Tec Academy, and lectures around the world on Intraosseous Anaesthesia.

Andrew provides general dental services at 740 Dental, of which he is now a Director and Owner, and has a special interest in implants, digital dentistry, facial aesthetics and cosmetic orthodontics.

Andrew's inimitable training style draws on his personal experiences with the unit in general practice, in what is always an extremely enjoyable and valuable learning experience.

Why do we need special degranulation burs?

Effectively preparing a site for grafting is a key part of the procedure.

Any remnant degranulation tissue can have a significant impact on the body’s ability to regenerate new host bone, causing infection and/or graft failure.

Highly effective at removing all soft tissues from the site whilst maintaining the integrity of the surrounding healthy bone, complementing the use of traditional hand curettes and making a critical part of the grafting process simpler and quicker.
