McCullough (22 yoa, 11719 Larimore Rd, St. Louis, MO) on an active SIUE PD warrant for Aggravated Domestic Battery and Unlawful Restraint. SIUE officer responded to Sauget PD, took custody of McCullough and transported him to the SIUE PD where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and processed. McCullough was unable to post the $70,000 bond (10% applies) and was transported to Madison County Jail at 06:33 hrs.
