On December 4, 2009, the members of the Southern / Florida Reliability Coordination Agreement Executive Council concurred that the summer total transfer capability (“TTC”) from the Southern Balancing Authority to the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council (“FRCC”) could be increased by 100 MW at such time that the improvements identified in the Facilities Study performed by FPL in support of OASIS ID #72119536 are implemented. The increase in TTC will be reflected upon confirmation that the required projects will be put in place. These improvements are expected to be in place by January 2011.
