Souper Friends Weekly Report
To begin, the report will be reflecting the actions that have been taken from, (11/10/2013) until
(17/10/2013).
Our association has yet to receive the returned mail with our finalizeddocuments; the expected date of
arrival is 25/10/2013.
We have found the venue and the charity group that we wish to work with, they are called, Armée du
Salut, and the specific soup kitchen is "La Maison du Partage", 32 Rue Bouret 75019.
Our concept has changes from being orientated from modifying the venue to assisting in any way
possible to enhance and improve the weaknesses of Armee de Salut. We are looking to provide more
food produce, cleaning materials and advertising for the charity to gain more support from the public. We
intend to visit the venue and photograph as well as help out within the charity.
Our final event will be an awareness event where we will invite sponsors, the community and the charity
representatives and encourage them to continue our trend and continue their support with “La Maison du
Partage”.

1. Managing the upcoming events: Especially the upcoming bake sale
2. Create awareness around community (currently targeting ESCE students)
3. Staffing the events being held 4. Develop a system of sending people
to La Maison du Partage to assist
The first event is on the 23/10/2013, we have spoken with the school administration and have full approval
The materials have been bought for the baking needs (Our budget is $270 for all our bake sales)
Printed advertising is currently posted around school, and stickers that will be handed out at the bake sale and will be printed on Monday
The aim to spread awareness of our project through “Give A Hand” where we will use painted hand prints on canvas to create a form of interactive advertising
Volunteers for bake sale are being selected (4 students, 1 must speak fluent French) – confirmed volunteer Monday
The department is developing a formwhere people will be able to sign up to visit and help out at the Soup Kitchen we have selected (the visits will start after 2/11/2013)
Creating a newspaper – distribution will be given to anyone who put their hand on “Give a Hand”
Human Resources
1. Ensure that all the people within the association are happy

They collected the forms handed out last week where everyone was meant to fill in the information about their responsibilities, and what actions they have done
They have communicated with people who have shown disinterest in the company and explained the importance of
their participation
With 360, had speed date with all employees to make sure everyone felt in place
With 360 they created a newsletter for spread information

Completed the survey that will be taken for the 360 Degree analysis
