Logging In
Open your web browser and type in the website address:
http://www.appointmentquest.com/business
Login information will be provided to you
To Make an Appointment Click “Make Appointment”
Select Appointment Type This information varies by account.
Choose Date and Time
Available dates/times highlight when you mouse over them.
New Customer If the customer is new, fill out their info.
Return Customer
Click the Returning Customer tab and find their info.
Finalizing and Confirming Checkmark the Notification, Confirmation,
and Reminder boxes, then click Make Appointment, then click Confirm.
Reschedule an Appointment Click the first letter of the last name
Finding the Client Click the client’s name
Confirm Correct Client By reading the information, then click the Appointments tab
Find the Appointment By clicking 1 future appointment
Reschedule Click the reschedule button, then make a new appointment
Cancel an Appointment To cancel, follow the reschedule procedure, but
instead of pressing Reschedule, press Cancel
