Soulton Hall is an ancient and striking building, and – we hope – a fitting venue for your most important celebration. But your special day here will be at least as much about a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, shared with friends and family, as it is about the bricks and mortar. Soulton Hall is a highly flexible and versatile venue, and our family and team are very keen that you should feel as ‘at home’ as possible. Your celebrations here will be bespoke, so if you would like:
• a (weather proof) Californian BBQ in the evening,
• his and hers dining rooms at breakfast on the bid day,
• picnic blankets and fireworks in the evening,
• a room with a big screen for the World Cup the night before,
• an elephant in attendance, (all of which we have done!), just ask and we will be happy to see if we can make it happen. There are currently seven public rooms, most of which are licensed for ceremonies, for you to use as best suits your party. With flexible arrangements for accommodation on site and in cottages, celebrations here mostly have the atmosphere of a private house party over an evening or weekend. This is as it should be, because, as we say, we want you to feel as ‘at home’ as possible! Facilities here can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. We hosted events for as many as 450 with a marquee in the White Garden, Yet we welcome celebrations of any size, So, if you are a couple considering a quite celebration with only your very closest loved ones, or even a private ceremony with our family acting as witnesses, followed by a quite day walking our farm and woodland and enjoying each others company, we will be delighted to share your special day. We look forward to getting to know you, and working with you towards a happy day.
