    Forward, for Creeley

It has been a constant wonder, a world vividly unapparent: the only conductor imaginableturning upon a boundless insistent ocean, the bedrock solidness of California dreamingones stumbled into (how various one carries all the old echoes).

Discovers warmth, a night (perhaps). Between said things divergence contrives a world notall together for all seasons mind and heart in these meager times. The turn, the bend inthe road: where a tree might grow (The University of Maine at Oronos library). Reflection, irony, humor-things feel or have felt? attractive streams syntax pell-mell drone mostpenetrating.

Ghost-frail, thin whisper: mind entire (the hiring of ex-cons). Like a fledgling piano player, beard a bit bigger at times.

Poets dont invent the world (they live it). No one ever recognized the people with whom

she lived. In the most basic of senses, as if the edge of all creations, all worlds, makespossible a place, as one says (there are 24 in all). Might be thought otherwise to engenderthe human measure of a day, (grinding a common employment).

What doescome and go of a day? There are no signs without value. Through the woods todiscover the bluebird (the river necessarily widens). Questions, confusions under roofs; 80flowers (so quiet, yet dense). In a wild summer thunderstorm brought home to a reader, then I was given hot coffee. To all of which, for all, shall we say, I love you? (So say these

    words).

    Mayflower Sutra

A historical truth may be revealed as a riddle as a form of intuitive and anti-authoritarianpedagogy in contrast to...

The mountain a lump of granite in my skullMy mouth filled with Indian corpse meat

how to transform paper to a doorwary, while driving through simultaneous doors: the boy in theblack hoodie raps arhythmic, through a headphone. through the gas station pumps, crossing intotraffic as if oblivious to the autoscape

tracking, sequentially: is something wrong. fearing for myself, for him, for others, wish for an in-sequence shuffle. how a mans well-being orders behind safety? does this unusual behavior

instillate fear? but Im the one in the car turning left across his path as he weaves through stopsaround the intersection. Trash bits slip loose from a dump truck, driven over then

The Mayflower is a ship that brought some here, thenwhat happened? As human mass, a spacefills in another story in another room for the museums of social history, no more especiallyindicative of a staid approach to repression bridges, family meetings, friendships andmisunderstandings, cultural exchange and difference, economy in deference to ritual, fallingthrough water ledges, sickness or death, thievery or land appropriation, misfit belief in ownershiptribalism, suspicions, egotism, war, the color of the sky during wartime, color of grass bled into

war, animal sounds in retreat during war, gradations of saturation, starvation and intricate wells, air blowing through during wartime, no more or less the word, in captivity in animal losses, the

sound of a hut being taken, taking the sound of what the sound in middle verse, countermelodyin the dissolve, survival, it being forgotten

a sister with her bedside updates set to dailies. frustration, anxiety, anger, guilt or hope & darkhumor for the chance of her sick daughter, taken in by receptionists, imagining all the emails ofthe world pushed forth in a digital wave, flung invisibly at the shore as it dissolves

Mayflower, missing for weeks responds: safely hauled over the mountain to its plantation. thepast: a ghost puma. stripped bare, grieved over, for the weakened white cells
