Central Fabrication Products

Using Amfit’s Central Fabrication Program,

you can produce a variety of orthotics.

EVA ORTHOTICSChoose from one of five high-density EVA base materials, rang-

ing from 25-65 durometer, and then choose from a variety of top

covers. Amfit’s custom EVA orthotics come in narrow and wide

widths (referred to as men’s and women’s), and range in size from

Men’s 5-17, to Women’s 6-12.

POLyPROPyLENE ORTHOTICS Amfit’s polypropylene orthotics are direct-milled, not vacuum

formed, making them more accurate and highly durable. The poly-

propylene orthotics come with optional heel posting, flexibility

options, top cover options, and a variety of intrinsic adjustments.

CARBON FIBER ORTHOTICSAll of our high-quality carbon fiber orthotics comes with heel

posting and a slip grip. The rigid feature of carbon fiber makes it

an excellent functional orthotic, and the low profile makes it a

great selection for dress shoes.

A5513 DIABETIC INSERTSAmfit’s A5513 diabetic inserts are available in four SADMERC

approved styles, plus toe filler and charcot options!

OPTION NO.1 This is the most popular diabetic insert option. It comes with an

EVA base of 35 durometer with 4mm Plastazote covering.

OPTION NO.2Comes with an EVA base of 35 durometer with a 2mm Poron

Plastazote bi-lam covering. This is the same material used for

Charcot and Toe Fillers.

OPTION NO.3 Comes with an EVA base of 35 durometer with 2mm

Xstatic® covering.

OPTION NO.4 Comes with a high-density EVA/Cork composite base of 65

durometer with Poron Plastazote bi-lam covering.

EVA BLANKSAmfit’s Blanks are made from high-quality EVA material for

long-lasting orthotics. The contoured blanks make for fast mill-

ing times, or use the DieCut and Charcot blanks for toe fillers and

other special needs. Select from five densities of EVA (durometer

25-65) ranging in sizes from Men’s 5-17 to Women’s 6-12.

POSITIVE BLOCKMake a positive model of the foot then vacuum form any mate-

rials. This material is lightweight, easy to modify, and holds up

under pressure and high heat for a low cost, time-efficient method

to vacuum form plastics, carbon fiber, etc.

compact, tabletop grinder doesn’t take up a lot of space in your

lab, and the vacuum bag keeps the dust and debris to a minimum.

rate finishing work. An ideal addition to any fabrication facility.

CONTACT DIGITIZERAmfit’s Contact Digitizer gives you the ability to create

perfect-fitting foot orthotics for your customers. The Contact

Digitizer uses a unique pin array that rises in to the plantar

LOAN-TO-OWNThis program is the perfect balance between renting and leasing.

You pay a slight overage on your consumables or fabrication ser-

vices, and that overage helps pay down the equipment. At the end

of the 6-month commitment you can purchase the equipment at
