FUNCTIONOur FS POWER + HEAT combines an innovative NANO and MICRO CHP unit with the innovative FS THERMOELECTRIC + system. Through the integrated process for waste heat utilization of the combustion engine, we can enormously increase the electrical efficiency of the total production of NANO-CHP.

FS REFORMER+ METHANOL 2 HYDROGEN / FUEL REFORMATION

FS REFORMER + offers a universal solution to generate a certified, low-cost hydrogen-based fuel for clean combustion decentrally from unused waste heat and raw methanol in order to enhance the plants profitability and to relieve the environment from the waste heat emissions.

FUNCTIONFS REFORMER + produces a cost-effective, clean fuel from the cheap raw material methanol (often a waste product from the refinery operation) and waste-heat.

Water is added to the crude methanol. The mixture is passed through the FS REFORMER + and separated in hy-drogen gas and CO2. The central unit of the system is built in the same way as a catalyst, in which innumerable microchannels produce an enormous surface within a small space requirement for conversion. The synthetic fuel produced in this way can be used in separate combustion engines for generating electricity and can be made available flexibly and „freely“ where it is needed.

The waste heat from already existing combustion engines or industrial processes is used free of charge as a „working medium“ for reforming, for a high cogeneration effect.

FUNCTIONDue to the special design of our spark plugs, we achieve a better ignition sequence for internal combustion engines. The air-fuel mixture is thereby more efficiently ignited and thus burns a cleaner proportion of the fuel used.
