Paris Region, a dynamic market
The Paris Region counts:- about 8000 m² of panels for collective hot water (2700 MWh of production)
- 1600 m² of panels for individual hot water (590 MWh of production)
- More than 8350 m² of sensor surface has been installed, representing 320 TOE / year production, almost 0.76 m² per head.
The market is still to grow!
In the Paris Region, 20 - 30 % of heating needs and 50 - 60 % of hot water needs, for both single family homes and collective accommodation could becovered by thermal solar energy.
