How Franchise works :-
Customer Partner with Manufacturer who provide franchise. Partnering involves mutual agreement sign off between company and the person willing to buy franchise. Once partnered, You need to invest to buy some products, for security deposit, Showroom design and other things
Once partnered, Manufacturer will provide products, Right to use there brand, Equipment's, Training, Some cases Employees, Marketing support
Franchise then need to sell products and earn a commission per product sale

It is also similar to franchise and defined as, Right to sell company product or services in particular area. But some differences are there. These differences covered in coming slides

Here you just provide customer lead who is interested in buying solar product. Once you close that customer you will get the commission through cash or deposit in personal account

How Channel Partners/Freelancer works :-
Customer Partner with Manufacturer/Dealer who provides channel partnership/freelancer. Partnering involves mutual agreement sign off between Manufacturer/Dealer and the person willing to become a channel partnership/freelancer
Once partnered, channel partner/freelancer need to provide customer leads to manufacturer/dealer who is interested in buying the products
Once the product sale to the customer is closed, Channel partner/freelancer will get the commission from Manufacturer/Dealer either through cash or deposit in personal account

Important Notes
If firm is not registered, then don’t worry. Just buy the products from the manufacturer at MRP price. Then sell the product to customer at MRP price itself. Your commission is then provided by manufacturer at later point of time either through cash or deposit to your account
Transport/Logistic service depends on how much products you are buying from Manufacturer. If more products are brought then manufacturer will provide the logistic service or else you need to take care of logistics
Installation/technicians will be provided by manufacturers for initial three to four product installation
Installation, Logistics and Buying products from manufacturer can be negotiable. It is just a matter of trust between you and manufacturer.
