Terms and ConditionsGiven the nature of the relationship between the team behind the project and 10 Forward, we have discounted the rate we have provided to cost level. The content creation aspect can be reduced to reduce the overall price further.
PAYMENT10 Forward reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this agreement in the event of non-payment. Non Payment shall be construed to have occured if payment has not been received within 35 days of the invoice date and/or the date agreed between the parties which ever may be later.
DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITYBoth parties agree not to disclose any material facts, figures or data related to the other party’s business, including but not limited to data collected in carrying out the responsibilities of this contract.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY10 Forward enjoys professional indemnity cover up to 1.5M AED in the United Arab Emirates.
CANCELLATIONBoth parties have the right to cancel this agreement at any time with 30 days notice.
