What should your policy cover: • Expected behaviour (both positive and negative aspects)
• How employees should interact with your business
• Use during work hours
• How to make reference (or not) to the business, colleagues and clients
• What to do if they have any concerns about content posted by themselves or about themselves by another person
• Clear guidance on escalation of action from employer
