• 79% for entertainment

Social networking sites are visited by 9/10 college students daily • 57% of women between 18-34 communicate more through Facebook than in

person

• Current Web 2.0 technology instituting change in higher education at arate faster than any in recent history.

• Issue: Determining what is freedom of speech and what is notcivil, there are currently few rules for basic etiquette.
