Congress shall make no laws a bridging the freedom of speech.

• Say any political belief

• Protest (without getting out of control)

• Say thing about people someone that are true

• Burn flag

• Say racist and hate slogans

• What they Cant say

• Sexual harassment

• Say you are going to blow up the plane

• Vulgar language in school

• Government can’t make us have a certain religion

• Can’t stop you doing what you do

What they Can do

• Print any political position

• Make fun of people expose wrong about the government

• Say thing you might not agree with

• What they Cant do

• Libel by false facts

• Disclose defense

• Congress shall make no law abridging the people to peaceably assemble

What they Can do

• Protest

• Parade (with a permit)

• Parade chanting hate slogans

• Gang members can congregate in public

• What they Can’t do

• Protest by throwing rocks and breaking windows

• Hang out on private land against owners will-loitering

• Congress shall make no law abridging the people to petition the government for a redress of grievance

• You may sue the government for wrongs

• I would like to have were we can ride 4-wheelers on the road if we are safe about it.
