Two big top performances took place: the Red Nose Foundation's 9th Annual Community Circus, and opening ceremony of the North Jakarta Community Center for Children (NJCCC) on November 21st. Many sponsor events also took place in October, November and December. The opening of NJCCC itself marks a new era of Red Nose’s circus program as it now has a home to host all the classes in Cilincing. 2. CIRCUS PERFORMANCE

9th Annual Community Circus

A celebration of 9 years with Red Nose circus! It took place in Red Nose Foundation's two communities, Bintaro (on October 30) and Cilincing (November 6). Red Nose students from various levels (advanced, intermediate, beginner and preparation) joined the celebration and performing for their community.In Bintaro, the show started with a parade around the neighborhood, inviting more people in the community to come and witness the festive celebration. Students then showed their skills, including the complicated tricks, watched by over 200 community members.In Cilincing, history was made when the show was held in the brand new building even before its opening ceremony. Students were so excited to perform for the �rst time in the building, and they gave their best performance to the 350 people of Cilincing attending the show. The celebration of Red Nose birthday ended fun day in Cilincing.Overall, the 9th Annual Community Circus went really well. All the students performing to the celebration felt so happy and proud cause they can show their skills to families and friends. They were also happy that their friends were attracted to join Red Nose after the show.

Show at IKEA Indonesia: July-September

Royal Haskoning DHV’s Family Gathering

Celebrating 40 years of working in Indonesia, Royal Haskoning DHV - one of Red Nose Foundation's partners - held a family gathering attended by over 1,000 sta� members and families. Red Nose Foundation was so happy to get involved in this special occasion, which took place on Saturday, November 12th at Jungle Land amusement park in Bogor.�The Red Nose troupe started the day by energizing the crowd. Performing a group dance, our 25 students invited all participants to join. They moved their bodies, full of energy and laughter. The troupe then performed the circus show, continued by workshop for the Royal Haskoning DHV sta� and kids.

When the session ended, Red Nose kids were then invited to enjoy the theme park, experiencing the roller coaster and many other attractions in it.

It was IKEA Indonesia's 2nd anniversary on October 15. Red Nose circus was so glad to be one of the attractions on the anniversary celebration. 10 students from Bintaro community performed to over 100 audiences. The crowd really favored the clown act and Yoyo tricks. It then continued with circus workshop, not only attended by kids but also adults.

After the show and workshop, the performers then joined IKEA's celebration by playing Pinata with the other kids.

On November 20, Almost 60 kids joined the workshop, which most of them wueued to get their face or hands painted, while others practiced spinning plates. The performance itself was a success. Around 100 persons were laughing aloud to the clown act performed by our 2 students, Sarwan and Azis.

Year End Sale started at IKEA when Red Nose performed on December 11. As a result, 120 persons watched the two sessions of circus performance and 80 joined the two workshops. Something unique happened in the workshops, where adults were so enthusiast to learn spinning plate and �ower sticks. It then attracted their kids to join the workshop.

Global Jaya School’s Run4Love Charity Event

Tutor Time Family Carnival

The Tutor Time pre-school chain had run a series of fundraising for over 3 months in their branches across Indonesia. All funds raised were donated to Red Nose Foundation. On December 3rd, one of the school's branches in Pondok Indah invited Red Nose kids. 10 of the kids in Cilincing came to perform circus as well as to meet the parents of Tutor Time students who have donated or helped during the fundraising period. The 10 also ran a brief circus class to pre-school kids, where the class participants then performed the tricks they have learned, making an adorable circus show!

Run4Love is an annual charity event of Global Jaya School (GJS) in Bintaro area. On November 20, the school invited Red Nose Foundation for this year's event. The invitation was also a pledge of GJS commitment to support Red Nose, particularly for Bintaro program, as it is located within the school's CSR area.

10 students from Bintaro attended the event, having the donation ceremony and performing various circus tricks to entertain the GJS students, teachers, sta� and family who came to the event. They also shared story with the GJS students to get insight on how a high proli�c school works with their learning.

Volunteer Day with TARGET

TARGET, one of Red Nose’s partners visited the site in Cilincing on December 14th to celebrate the International Volunteer Day. This event also pledged TARGET’s supports to Red Nose Foundation.

The day started with a circus show by the Red Nose performance troupe. Soon after, TARGET sta� learned juggling, spinning plates, �ower sticks and acrobatic tricks from the performers. At the end of the event, they performed the tricks in a 20-minute show, watched by our students and sta�.

The Opening Ceremony of North Jakarta Community Center for Children (NJCCC)

After months of preparation and construction, the North Jakarta Community Center for Children (NJCCC) �nal-ly opened on November 21. Red Nose celebrated the opening of the center by inviting students, school partners, Board of Directors, donors and partners, also local government representatives. The students performed a 30-minute show in the opening ceremony.Moving forward, with the opening NJCCC, Red Nose Foundation has now a facility to host all educational programs, including circus class that will take place in the spacious gymnasium equipped with mattresses.
