Below are instructions for RCB Bank’s Text Banking.

Text BAL to receive balances on all enrolled accounts.

Text BAL + last 4 digits of account to view specific account balance.Example: BAL 1111

Text HIST to receive last 5 transactions on all enrolled accounts.

Text HIST + last 4 digits of account to view specific account transactions.Example: HIST 1111

*To transfer money between accounts, both accounts must be enrolled in Text Banking. To enroll another account, please log in to the RCB Bank app and select Text Banking. For non-smart phone users, please contact us at 855-226-5722 or visit any of our RCB Bank locations.

To transfer money between accounts:

Text XFER + last 4 digits of sending acct. + last 4 digits of receiving acct. + amount.Example: XFER 1111 2222 40.00

1111 = last 4 digits of sending acct.2222 = last 4 digits of receiving acct.40.00 = transferring $40.00 (always use a decimal when transferring money.)
