How to Enroll in Mobile Banking Visit www.mbcbank.com and click on the NetTellerTM button to login to NetTellerTM. Not enrolled? Visit www.mbcbank.com and click the “Enroll in NetTellerTM” button! Click Settings, then Mobile Settings.

Enable web access for your mobile device: Check the box to enroll as a Mobile User. Receive Test Message Alerts: Use the dropdown menu to choose an option.

Mobile Phone Number: Enter your Mobile Phone Number (Required.)

Select your wireless provider: Select your wireless provider from the drop-down menu (Required.)

Select the accounts you want to access from your mobile device: Choose one or all of your accounts. You can edit this selection at any time. Click Submit. You will see the screen below:

Click Confirm to save your settings. You should see the following screen: An SMS Text Message with enrollment confirmation and Monticello Banking Company’s Mobile Banking website will be sent to your Mobile Device following completion of the Mobile Settings. You may then begin using your mobile device to access your accounts.

How to Enroll in Mobile Banking Download the free MBC Mobile Banking App. Search “MBC Mobile” or “Monticello Banking Company” on the Apple App Store or the Android Market to download our app.

From the Launch Page, choose Login. Enter your NetTellerTM ID and Password and choose Login.

kViewing Your Accounts After logging in, you will see the “My Accounts” screen. Choose an account to view the recent transactions, current balance and available balance for that account.

*To set how many transactions you may view, login to NetTellerTM, select Settings, then Display.

Viewing Check Images After choosing an account, click on the Check Icon to view the image for that transaction. Once the check viewer opens, you can choose Flip to see the opposite side of the image or Done to return to the transaction list.

Viewing Deposit Sets After choosing an account, click on the Check Icon to view the image for that transaction. Once the deposit viewer opens, you can choose Flip to see the opposite side of the image, Done to return to the transaction list, or choose one of the tabs to see the items that were deposited, such as check images.

Transferring Funds Choose the Menu button in the upper left-hand corner to view other Menu Options and choose Transfer.

Choose Transfer From and Transfer To to select the correct accounts. Enter the amount you would like to transfer in the Transfer Amount field, choose the date you would like the transfer to occur and choose Submit.

If the transfer is successful, you will see the confirmation screen below.

Paying Bills Choose the Menu button in the upper left-hand corner to view other Menu Options and choose Pay Bills.

Choose Payee to select the payee, then Pay From Account to select the correct account. Enter the payment amount in the Payment Amount field and choose the date you would like the payment to process. If desired, add a memo in the Memo field and choose Submit.

Managing Your Cards Choose the Menu button in the upper left-hand corner to view other Menu Options and choose Manage Cards.

Select the card you’d like to manage. You may activate or suspend the selected card, or report it as lost or stolen.

After choosing an action, you will receive a confirmation screen such as the screen below.

Choose the account for which you would like to view the statements (top left screen). Choose the date of the statement you would like to view (top right screen). The bottom screen displays a sample view of the statements. (Note: These statements DO NOT contain check/deposit images.)

Any active alerts you have setup will be displayed here. If there are no alerts to be displayed, you will see the screen below.

To setup Alerts, login to NetTellerTM, choose Settings, then Alerts. From the gray ribbon below Alerts, choose which types of alerts you would like to receive. Event Alerts – Choose to be alerted when certain events occur with your NetTellerTM accounts. Some of the many options include being alerted when you receive incoming wires, receive credits, have insufficient funds, bill pay alerts and many more. Balances Alerts – Choose to be alerted if any of your accounts go above or below an amount you choose. Item Alerts – Choose to be alerted if an item clears through one of your accounts. Personal Alerts – Type your own alert message to be delivered on the date you choose.

From the Locations screen, choose the method by which you would like to find MBC locations.

To be able to use the Locations feature, you will need to choose Allow when you receive the alert message below.

How to Enroll in Mobile Text Banking

Visit www.mbcbank.com and click on the NetTellerTM button to login to NetTellerTM. Not enrolled? Visit www.mbcbank.com and click the “Enroll in NetTellerTM” button! Click Settings, Mobile Settings, then Text Mobile Settings.

Check the box beside Enable test access for you mobile device, review and accept the Terms & Conditions. Enter your mobile phone number, select your wireless provider and select accounts to access via text. Create a Mobile Short Name* for each selected account. Click Submit.

*Note: The mobile short name is the name that will be included in the text to request information for a specific account.

Review the information on the following screen and click Confirm. Soon after you setup Mobile Text Banking, you will receive an SMS Text Message on your mobile device. In order to complete enrollment, you must reply “YES” to this text message. Valid SMS Messages

Note: Messages are not case sensitive. The Mobile Short Name is the name that will be included in the text to request information for a specific account.

Q. What are the restrictions on the type of mobile devices that can be used to access accounts? A. The JHA mobile solution is phone device agnostic. It works with any web-enabled mobile phone device whose network allows secure SSL traffic. Q. What functions can I perform from my mobile device? A. Provided that MBC has given you access, you can:

• View Transaction History

• View Account Balances

• Transfer Funds between accounts

• Pay Bills to existing Payees

• View Alerts

Q. How do I know if my transfer or bill payment was entered successfully? A. When you make a transfer/bill payment, a confirmation SMS Text Message will be sent to your mobile device. If no confirmation message is received make sure the transaction went through. Q. What if I no longer want to be a mobile user?

A. Log in to NetTellerTM at www.mbcbank.com > Select Options > Mobile Settings > Deselect Activate Mobile Banking Access > Click Agree.
