We provide customised Product Schedules to reflect each customer’s product and usage needs.

Stock Management

In consultation with our customers, we establish re-order levels considering standard seasonal fluctuations utilizing historical and forecasting data. Specific stock information is provided to ensure continuity of supply and understanding of stock levels.

Delivery Agreements & Lead Times

Our transport fleet is a dedicated steel sheet and coil carrier. We maintain 100% delivery in full and on time for agreed stock items. We also provide next working day delivery of agreed stock items and 48 hour in-house processing turn-around on urgent items.

Sales Service Frequency

We set a mutually agreed visitation schedule with our customers to address any issues and facilitate information exchange. We also provide guidance on possible supply innovations and improvements.

Product and Service Quality
