LED Roadway Lighting Ltd. is a Canadian-owned and operated clean technology company that designs and manufactures energy efficient LED streetlights and adaptive control solutions.

Founded in 2007, we are headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, with our primary manufacturing facility located in nearby Amherst. Our Canadian manufacturing facility is ISO 9001 certified, and has been producing LED lighting products since 2003. We began commercial production of LED streetlights in 2008 and employ lean manufacturing techniques that ensure efficient production and on-time delivery.

Our international manufacturing capabilities extend to the U.S.A., Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, China, and the Caribbean. Our smart street lighting products are installed worldwide in more than 60 countries. CLEAN TECHNOLOGY

CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)

The Lumen IQ Central Management System is a web-based portal and interface which gives you control of your street lighting assets and smart meters. Our CMS software consists of many powerful and useful tools to reduce energy costs by an additional 10 - 25% (on average). Our secure encrypted wireless communications networks allow luminaire controllers (single or multi-application) to relay valuable information back to the central management system. Lumen IQ is currently in use by municipalities and utilities in Canada, the U.S.A., Caribbean, and abroad.

The modular design of NXT luminaires allows users to easily upgrade or replace light engines, power supplies, and surge modules without tools, in less than one minute. Light engines can be replaced in the field as LED efficiencies increase in the future, allowing users to prolong the life of lighting infrastructure, benefit from energy savings, and reduce total life-cycle costs. NXT also gives users the ability to easily change optical distribution patterns and colour temperature (CCT). Satellite series luminaires are ideal for all roadway applications, bridges, causeways, parking lots and perimeter lighting. The one-piece housing uses a patented, fin-based thermal management system which allows for maximum heat dissipation. The fin construction also prevents the accumulation of debris, and easily sheds water, snow and ice. The unique angled light engines deliver maximum target lumens, making Satellite series an ideal choice in applications with wide pole spacing (up to 60 m / 200 ft).

The power supply is designed and manufactured in-house using high reliability, specification-grade components. Colour temperatures offered are 5000K (standard) or 3000K, 4000K, and 4500K (optional).
