Smart Horizons’ web-based training programs allow administrators and learners to access courses and records from any computer with an internet connection, at any time. Individuals in our online program are given permissions-based logins and a dedicated database account number within our learning management system (LMS). All of the training records are retained indefinitely on a secure (128-bit SSL encrypted access), redundant server system. All course interactions by participants are recorded by the LMS, and learning records are automatically updated by the system. This information is available to participants and authorized administrators via learner grade books, certificates of completion, and manager consoles.

The Smart Horizons Transitional Life Skills Program provides an organized, consistent, and verifiable method of preparing adults to meet the challenges of life’s transitions. The comprehensive program includes professional and life skills courses. The program was designed to provide critical skills for unemployed or dislocated workers who desire to succeed in a work environment.
The program lessons are divided into two catalogs with subjects ranging from resume writing and interview preparation, to personal financial management, time management, and work etiquette. The program is fully customizable, allowing users to purchase the entire program or only those lessons that fit their needs. The program subscription includes access for one year, and completion records will be maintained in a secure database by Smart Horizons. An administrator-only account can be included at no charge for organizations to access training records for their participants. This data includes course completions with score, date, and time of successful completion. Training coordinators or program administrators can track student achievement on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and export customized reports.
The Transitional Life Skills program is an interactive, multimedia, web-based training program. Lessons are presented in a variety of formats including interactive courseware and video.
