Feel your body, love every part of it, because that is you. Feel howlucky you are that you woke up and you still have the chance tomake your life better. Take another deep breath and focus only onyourself as you are the center of the universe. You were born withall the capacities and abilities to become whoever you want. Tellyouself that you will create your own reality from now and on.
Step Two (2)
Fill you mp3 player with music you like and makes you feelenergetic.Go for a walk and visualize yourself in situations you
want to be. See it as you living it, feel the emotions, theexcitment, the happiness and the joy. Believe that as it is
happening that moment.
Step Three (3)
Take a piece of paper and write down your reality as you want it to be.Try to descript every single detail and be specific with your words. Be
unlimited, this is your life and you can write your story as you want it.Once you done, try to play the character you created for youself. You
know that you can be the person you want.
Step Four (4)
Avoid any person who makes you feel negative, even if they are yourfriends or family. You don't need their toxicity, they are trying to dealwith their reality that has nothing to do with you. Don't try to pleasepeople you don't actually like, they won't understand in and you feelworthless. Really!Also you can avoid negative thinking. Yes, I know it is not easy. BUT,you can give yourself a try!! Dah....
Step Five (5)
It's OK sometimes to feel bad and depressed, it is human nature and forsure you're not the only one. However, you can change that. You don't
have to blame anyone for the way you are feeling. Others cannot causeyou anything if you don't let them. Remember how powerful, intelligent,strong and amazing you are. Admire yourself, you will be with yourself
for the rest of your life. Protect yourself and give you the best. Youdeserve your life!
