Sleep well is esential un our life to confront every day with energy. If we don’t rest correctly we can suffer mental and physical injuries. For example Our productivity will be reduced and we are going to have changes In our caracter.
Here we have some advices to sleep well and get energy for all the day:
Don’t eat a great meal before going to sleep
We should avoid energetic drinks too
Switch off the mobile phone
At night we need to rest and we don’t need the mobile phone
Do exercise during the day
If you do physical activity, you will be a little bit more tired, so you will sleep more easily.
We must try go to sleep Always at the same hour every day
Adults need 8 or more hours, but teenagers need more than 9
Relax before going to bed
You can read or listen to music.
Sleep in a dark room
We must to sleep in a relaxing place as dark as possible
A comfortable bed
De need a comfortable mattress
This is just one of the healthy habits. There are very important to have a healthy life!
Remenber, sleep well is important, but we must do exercise, have a correct diet and have a good hygiene.
