HooDoo Ski Area is a family-friendly ski resort located 13 miles west of the Ranch. Hoodoo offers excellent snow conditions that complement 1,035 feet of vertical drop. Hoodoo

also features 15.8 kilometers of groomed trails for cross country skiing and skating, and the Autobahn Tubing Park for a fun family outing. BIKE PATH MAP

The Glaze Meadow Rental Shop carries snowshoes and cross country skis to enjoy our winter recreation. Rent when the snow hits the Ranch, or stop in on your way to higher elevations. We also carry winter sno-park permits. The Ranch must have at least 6” (or more) of snow for the cross-country ski trails to be groomed at Big Meadow golf course and near the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. For Ski and Snowshoe Rentals, Call the Glaze Meadow Rental Shop at 541-595-5877.

ON THE RANCHTrails will be groomed along both Big Meadow and Glaze Meadow golf courses when there is at least six inches of snow. Please stay off the greens.

OFF THE RANCHSno-Park permits are required. Season pass, three-day and single day passes are available for sale at the Glaze Meadow Sports Shop and the BBR Welcome Center.

SANTIAM SNO PARK13 miles west of BBR, across the highway from the Hoodoo (off Highway 20/126). It's a popular sledding area with nearby trails for skiers and snowshoers. | Willamette National Forest.

TUBINGHoodoo offers a tubing facility that make for a safe, fun family outing. Hoodoo's Autobahn Tube Area is located at the base of Hayrick Mountain and offers spectacular views.

Please limit sledding at the Ranch to the sledding hill near the Glaze Meadow Golf Course parking lot on Ponderosa. Santiam Sno Park on the pass is another popular spot that is higher in elevation. Please do not sled on Glaze Meadow 1 and Big Meadow 14.
