Slackline Slacklining is a practice in balance that typically uses nylon or polyester webbing tensioned between two anchors points.
Slacklining is the act of balancing along a narrow, flexible piece of webbing which is low to the ground and usually anchored between two trees. Originating in the climbing world, slacklining has evolved into a cross trainer, backyard activity and sport all of its own.
Slackline Benefits: • Excersise and complex movements are good for the brain and helps
with learning.• Improve communication between sensors and spiral cord basically

considered longline.• Highline: Highlining is slacklining at elevation above the ground
15mtrs (50feet) less than that is considered middleline.• Rodeoline: is the Art and practice of cultivating balance on a piece
of rope or webbing draped slack, it provides a wide array of opportunities for both swinging and static maneuvers
