2. 2020 Homeland Security Update Attached on page 2 and 3 is the 2020 Homeland Security Update Form submitted on behalf of Lake Forest Plant Advisory Council.

3. Diesel Fuel Testing / Cleaning at Onsite Generator Recent fuel testing at the onsite diesel generator indicated bottom sediment and water, and organic growth in the storage tank. Attached on page 4 are the fuel test results. Worldwide Power is scheduled to clean / filter the fuel at a cost of $ 1,260.00. The last time this fuel tank was filtered and cleaned was in 2016.

4. Load Bank Test Completed at Onsite Generator A load bank test on the onsite generator was recently completed. The load bank test results show that the generator performed with no issues noted. Attached on page 5 is the confirmation statement from Worldwide Power.

Passed

Resistive load test, of the generator at 14500 Balcrest was conducted. The unit successfully supported applied

loads ranging from 25% (150KW) to 75% (450KW) of the nameplate rating of 600KW for an uninterrupted

period of one hundred twenty (120) minutes. These test levels exceeded the minimum requirements of City of

Houston Fire Department Life Safety Bureau Standard 02, & National Fire Protection Association SEC 110.
