Skills needed when giving a presentation

Use of voice

One on one: The person that is present would expect your speech should be specific, short and clear.

Audience: Your voice should nit be low but loud and clear because some people in the audience would be listening and not watching your presentation.

Tone; you have to consider the style on which you speak in so you are not misunderstood as loud and snobby instead of loud and confident i your speech.

Engaging the audience

The audience are very likely to get bored at times so the presentation will not be reeived clearly enough, you will have to engage the audience so they will follow your speech.

The use of videos on the presentation and ask quesions that include generalisation also include your personal experience and others as well as jokes if they are boed with the subject.

Correct terminology

The use of correct language is as important as the tone of your vice because either too difficult terms like “nonessential” and too lazy terms like “gimme” instead of `give me`, this will all be for the benefit of the audience.

Including use of multimedia, diagrams and animations

The use of technology to advance your presentation from boring to amazing will need colors, and animations to make your body language and words writen clear in drawings and presentation complete.

Consistency with Colours

colours are told to be what a person feels like. e.g. The colour of your writing must b reasonable to not mess ideas like sad with pink or happy with black because colours are told to be what a person feels like.

Correct combination

Do not seem cheerful during a sad vocal presentation.

Also make sure that your text colour, size and style match the subjects required information or mood to set a reason for your every action in front of an audience or person.

Keep it straight and simple

Never reed your text from your presentation, this will be very boring for the audience, also the slides should not be to complex like not too many slides, too much writing as well as your presentation should requirevocal (music) and imagery as another form of presentation.

Images usually speak of whatever you did not apply in your own writing or anything that you did apply but is a bit too complex to understand.
