Have you ever heard of Ska music?

I had heard of bands like the clash and Jam however,had considered these as punk bands so had not reallyheard of any ska bands at all.

What do you associate with Ska music?

With ska music I associate the suits they wear andissues about working class people to be in their lyrics. I

also associate a reggae style to be present in theirmusic.

What Ska bands have you heard of?

I have heard of madness, but do not know many skabands I listen to more punk music.

Does Ska music appeal to you?

Ska music is ok and I do enjoy listening to it on oddoccasions although I am still educating myself in thisgenre of music.

If yes what aspects appeals to you?

I like the relaxing feel to the music and the fact thatthey sing about real issues we all struggle with,although it is more than 30 years old the governmentyet again is facing some of these problems that I canrelate to.

What would you like to see in a Ska music video?

In a ska music video I would want to see a lively bandperformance and also see some footage of a working

class surrounding like what appears in a few of Madness videos. I would mainly just be looking for a

fun and happy video as this just represents therelaxation and chilling of ska music.

The culture behind the music, working class and theeconomic depression of the 70s.

What Ska bands have you heard of?

Iv only heard of a few like Madness, The Specials, Realbig Fish.

Does Ska music appeal to you?

Yes I have enjoyed the music when Ive listened tothem

If yes what aspects appeals to you?

I enjoy the upbeat tone of their music.

What would you like to see in a Ska music video?

Not sure really, something enjoyable to watch.Something up beat to match their music.

Having fun and not caring.

Madness is the only one that comes to me at themoment.
