ADVENTURE GUIDE INTERNSHIP Pure Exploraon are offering students the chance to take part in an Adventure Guide Internship based in Queenstown, New Zealand, commencing in April 2018. Parcipants will take part in a 12 week journey of learning, experiences and coaching - in the classroom and predominantly in NZ's diverse and spec- tacular outdoors, focusing on individual skills and group leadership. They will gain world- recognised New Zealand outdoor guiding qualificaons. This programme can be used as a stepping stone into the adventure tourism industry as a guide, but also as a GAP year opon. The paid placement is open to everyone as an opportunity to gain work experience and training over the summer. On Tuesday t he 11t h July, Gold ar t s awar d st udent s Er ica Maur o & I mogen Deacon visit ed St Gr egor y’s (St r at f or d) and St Mar y’s (Evesham) . The st udent s led wor kshops f or year 5 & 6, encour aging t he young people t o t hink about t hemselves as individuals, discuss what t hey value about t he school communit y and explor e ways in which t o br ing our Holy Family t oget her .

Each pupil cr eat ed a piece of abst r act ar t t o r epr esent t hemselves as individuals. The ar t will be collat ed wit h pieces f r om St Ben’s and collat ed t oget her t o make one ar t wor k t hat will r epr esent our Holy Family.
