Measure, Manage, & Improve Utility Usage SiteWorx Sense equips facilities to monitor and measure critical utilities, and more easily identify and quantify usage and waste for W.A.G.E.S. (water, air, gas, electricity, and steam), sewage, and other environmental factors that drive facility and machine performance. Monitor and record utility services and line-level W.A.G.E.S. activity for reporting purposes, identify usage anomalies for preventative maintenance, unlock area-level data that can reveal environmental risks such as leaks, and aggregate and benchmark data across production lines, facilities, or sites to identify new operational efficiencies.1

Input/Output ModuleTemperature & Relative Humidity Sensor

Water & Gas — Monitor and manage line-level flow rate, track and identify usage anomalies to flag leaks and/or other loss, or monitor utility-rich spaces for temperature and relative humidity or excess moisture to identify risk of frozen pipes or flooding.

Air — Avoid unplanned downtime and improve operational costs and efficiencies for compressed air systems by monitoring compressor power consumption and vibration and compressed air loop pressure.

Electricity — Monitor and manage energy consumption and cost allocation by production line to track machine-level trends and proactively identify maintenance opportunities to eliminate downtime. Analyze usage data across departments, production lines, facilities or sites to benchmark for improved performance.

HVAC — Calibrate and optimize HVAC usage through CO2 measurement, and leverage lighting-based occupancy sensors plus wireless temperature and relative humidity sensing to monitor environmental conditions for employee comfort and safety as well as maintain optimal conditions for equipment performance.
