INTRODUCTION

THE WRITER (GARY PEACOCK, LIFETIME PROSPECTING, LICENSE No. P10126) WAS CONTACTED BY THUNER SWORD RESOURCES, (PETER COWDREY), TO PERFORM WORK ON THE PILOT HARBOUR PROPERTY, LOCATED IN THE SAULT ST. MARIE MINING DIVISION.

LOCATION AND ACCESS

THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE RUGGED NORTH SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR IN THE SAULT ST. MARIE MINING DIVISON OF ONTARIO. THE AREA IS 70 KILOM.ETERS WEST OF WAWA AND 14 KILOMETERS WEST OF GOLD RIVER GOLD MINES, (NOW IN PRODUCTION). GOLD RIVER MINES IS ACCESSIBLE VIA A WELL MAINTAINED GRA VEL ROAD FROM THE TRANS CANADA HIGHWAY. THIS ROAD IS A GOOD STAGING POINT FOR HELICOPTER SUPPORT/SLINGING ETC. THE WRITER AND HELPER ACCESSED THE PROPERTY USING A CHARTERED BELL LONG RANGER FROM WA WA.

THE PROPOSED CAMP SITE WAS ON A LAKE SHARING A COMMON BOUNDARY OF CLAIM #1037393 AND #1037394, HOWEVER: BEAVER ACTIVITY HAD DESTROYED ANY LANDING SPOTS, AND THE OLD CAMP SITE USED PREVIOUSLY, THEREFORE: THE ONLY OTHER OPTION FOR A CAMP WAS TO THE NEXT LAKE NORTH. A SMALL PROSPECTOR'S TENT(lOx 12) WAS SET UP AND A SMALL HELIPAD BUILT.

GENERAL TOPOGRAPHY i VEGETATION

THIS AREA IS RUGGED TERRAIN WITH HIGH HILLS AND CLIFFS. OUT-CROPPING IS ALMOST CONTINUOUS ALONG ALL TRAVERSES WITH VERY LITTLE MUSKEG OR SWAMPS. THE AREA IS WELL TREED WITH PINE, MAPLE, SPRUCE, AND BALSAM. PERSONS TRAVERSING IN THIS AREA SHOULD BE WELL TRAINED FOR HIKING AND BUSH TRAVEL. THE WEST SIDE OF THIS SMALL LAKE ON THE PROPERTY IS MOSTLY CLIFFS WITH SOME TALUS DEBRIS.

CONDITIONS OF WORK

CLAIM LINES WERE USED TO LOCATE PROSPECTING TRAVERSES. THESE CLAIMS WERE STAKED 20 YEARS PREVIOUSLY, AND 90% OF BLAZES WERE HEALED OVER (PHOTOS INCLUDED), MAKiNG IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW CLAIM LINES. At~Y CLAIM POST THAT WAS LOCATED, WOULD TAKE ONLY A SLIGHT PUSH WITH ONE'S FINGER TO KNOCK THEM OVER. THE NORTH BOUNDARY WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE BECAUSE IT WAS 400 METERS SOUTH OF WHERE SHOWN ON GOVERNMENT CLAIM MAPS. ALL TRAVERSES WERE FLAGGED, USING GOOD QUALITY RIBBON, AND REBLAZED. ALL POINTS WERE LOCATED BY GROUND POSITIONING SYSTEM, NAD 27. (G.P.S.). ACCURACY WAS 5-7 METERS.

FIN])INGS

SEVERAL SULPHIDE SHOWINGS (NEW) WERE FOUN]) ON PROSPECTING TRA VERSES, (LOCATE]) ON DAIL Y TRAVERSE MAP). OLD TRENCHES AN]) 2 ])IAMON]) ])RILL SET UPS WERE LOCATED AT THE" V.G. SHOWING NORANDA," 90 METERS SOUTH OF POST i #i037341. ALSO AT THIS LOCATION, A CROSS PILE OF ])IAMOND DRILL CORE WAS FOUND: ALL BOXES WERE IN POOR CONDITON (ROTTEN)

ONE PIECE OF FLAGGING WAS LOCATED IN A CORE BOX, WITH THE INSCRIPTION "P. HAWLEY #9777 & #9778" (THEREFORE D.D. LOGS ARE PROBABLY IN ASSESSMENT REPORTS).

STRIKE AND DIP ON PARALLEL QUARTZ VEINS (TRENCH "A"), INDICA TE A STRIKE OF 055~ZIMUTH, AND A DIP OF 8SNORTH. D.D. HOLE SET UPS WERE SOUTH OF THE TRENCH, AND WOUL]) INDICATE THAT THE DRILLING COULD HAVE BEEN DOWN DIP. (CORE ANGLES IN DRILL LOGS WOULD LIKELY VERIFTY THIS). A SECOND STRIKE AND DIP IN THE "L" TRENCH INDICATED A STRIKE OF 60~l\z & DIP OF 70.80

0

N. IT WAS ALSO NOTED, THAT ALONG THE CREEK BY OUR CAMP, MOST ROCKS WERE BRECCIATED AND OFTEN FLOODED BY HEMATITE STAIN, INDICATING A FAULT ZONE, (HOWEVER: THIS ~S NOT ON THE PROPERTy). ALL ATTEMPTS TO LOCATE CLAIM LINES AND ]lOSTS ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY PROVED FUTILE. EITHER THE BLAZES COULD NOT BE FOLLOWED, OR WERE LOST ALONG CLIFFS OR CREEK BEDS. ONE COMMON LINE, (SHOWN ON MAP), CROSSSING (BIRCH BLAZED FOUR SIDES) AND EAST TO CEDAR BLAZED FOUR SIDES), LED TO NO-WHERE, (NO POSTS WERE MADE OR ARE ROTTEN OR MOVED). A SECOND LINE, SOUTH OF THE (CEDAR TREE), CAME TO AN OLD SQUARED POST WITH NO TAGS (NAILS STILL IN POST). AT TIDS LOCATION, THERE WAS AN OLD LINE RUNNING EAST WEST. THIS WOULD INDICATE TO THE WRITER THAT THERE WERE STAKING PROBLEMS AT THE TIME OF STAKING, (AND THE LINE AND POST WERE MOVED)? ONE CLAIM LINE WAS FOLLOWED SOUTH OF COMMON POST.

POST 1 #1037341 POST 2 #1037394 POST 3 #1037395 POST 4 # 1037340

FOR A DISTANCE OF 604 METERS NO OTHER CROSS LINE OR POST WAS FOUND. (A TREE WAS BLAZED BY THE WRITER ON FOUR SIDES AT 601043E AND 5313349N) AND MARKED WITH FLAGGING).

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. A SECOND TRIP TO LOCATE THE SOUTH BOUNDARY FROM A SMALL LAKE TO THE SOUTH. (THE BOUNDARY IS LIKELY TO BE 300 METERS NORTH OJ? THE LAKE).

2. "AX" DIAMOND DRILL ON SHOWING IS "OLD METHOD" (DOWN DIP)? NQ DRILLING IS RECOMMENDED IN A SOUTH DIRECTION.

3. MORE WORK IS REQUIRED ON THE NEW SULPHIDE OCCURRENCES ON THE SOUTH-WEST SIDE OF THE LAKE.

-THERE IS THE "CREEK OCCURRENCE" (NO INFORMATION) -PROSPECTING LOCATED 3 RUSTY GRANODIORITEIMAFIC VOLCANIC CONTACT

4. APPLY FOR (OR DISPUTE CLAIMS) TO RE-ST AKE PROPERTY. THIS POSSIBLY WOULD INCREASE LAND HOLDINGS. (ACTUAL CLAIM BLOCK IS APPROX. 400 METERS SOUTH OF GOVERNMENT LOCATION).

5. IF CLAIM POSTS ARE NOT FOUND, A METAL DETECTOR COULD BE USED TO FIND TAGS OR NAILS BURIED IN HUMUS SOIL.

6. A NEW AIRBORN GEOPHYSICAL SURVERY OVER ENTIRE PROPERTY WOULD PROVIDE ASSESSMENT AND CAN BE FLOWN AT ANYTIME.

GARY PEACOCK THUNDER BAY ONTARIO.

Geoscience Assessment Office 933 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury, Ontario, P3E CiB5 Canada. and M.Goldstein of Thundersword Resources Inc.

Dear Sirs,

This note is to accompany the Assessment Form and Report covering the 2007 work completed on the Pilot Harbour claims of Thundersword Resources Inc. and is intended to give some background to and rationale for the 2007 Assessment work.

The claims were staked in 1987 and it is evident that there has been little or no significant ground work completed on the claims, since the Noranda work and survey of the property in 1989, some 19 years ago. The last assessment work and report was completed in 2004 by L.Sostad, there was little or no information on the state of the lines and claim posts but Sostad did located one post, which he stated was #2 1037393. This information was very confusing, since he did not attempt to verify this information by looking for the other posts on the claim, or looking for claim lines. Peacock states that the claim posts he found are all rotten and should be replaced.

Since there was so little information available on the block, it was not possible to give any special instructions to G. Peacock, the contractor who carried out the 2007 work. He, on the: other hand, carried out his work methodically, to verify as many claim posts and their locations, as well as much ofthe northern boundary of the claim block that was possible, within the limits of his budget. Peacock found posts #1, 2 and 3 of the claim 1037393 and took a picture of the tag on post #2, so the best explanation of this anomaly is that the Sosted post actually had no tag on it and was actually # 1, which meant that the entire location of the claims, according to Sosted, was moved one claim length or 400 m to the north.

It would seem very desirable that Peacock, or some one like him, should complete the proper reestablishment of the boundary marking, claim lines and claim post') in the near future. The other work that needs to be done, whenever funds are available, is a review by a specialist of the completed geophysical surveys to determine if there are any

worthwhile targets that need to be followed up on and if it is worthwhile to carry out any other surveys in the area of the Pipe Lake. The final part of a work program on the claim block is detailed geological mapping in the area of the "VO", "Sky Hook" and "Creek" showings that were mapped by Noranda and the preparation of a compilation map of the eastem part of the claims.
