Per i metalli dolci, in resina al carburo di silicio.Grazie alle particolari miscelazioni dei componenti studiate dal nostro laboratorio chimico, abbiamo ottenuto una compattezzache conferisce a questi utensili la possibilità di aggredire le superfici sottoposte a lavorazione in modo da ottenere finiture “avista”. Sono realizzate in resina espansa al carburo di silicio, adatte a lavorazioni su metalli “dolci” tipo alpacche, presentano elevatequalità anche nelle operazioni di finiture e superfinitura di semilavorati metallici di composizione più dura. Pour les métaux “doux” en résine au carbure de silicium.Grâce aux mélanges spéciaux des composants étudiés par notre laboratoire de chimie, nous avons obtenu une compacité quiconfère à ces outils le pouvoir d’attaquer les surfaces soumises au traitement en permettant d’ obtenir des finitions “à vue”. The convolute wheels PT1 and PT10 are made with non-woven material wound in a spiral fashion,compressed and injected with special resins withaddition of first quality abrasive and glued arounda bakelite core. Given the characteristic construction, the PT1and PT10 convolute wheels have to turn according to the sense of rotation shown by the arrow. They are produced with above abrasives - theAluminium oxide (Á.) and the Silicon Carbide (S) -available in various grits, with the hardnesschecked from the begging of production. The PT1 and PT10 convolute wheels have been developed tohelp manufacturers meet product quality and efficiency requirements.Suitable for heavy operation such as stainless steel rods polishing and micro-deburring. Our production of special rolls for the cleaning and de oxidation of printed circuits is various and specific: Compact “convolutes” rolls spirally wound, lamella rollers, non-woven fabric abrasive fabric, very special impregnated rolls with heat-re-sistant resins, rolls in mixed canvas and non-wo-ven abrasive fabric. These rolls guarantee a long duration and at the same time a perfect cleaning of the channels, without leaving no residue of dirt. For the constant reduction of the thickness of the channels in the printed circuits the abrasive factor becomes fundamental. In today’s technology, the production of our rolls is always focus to customer needs: quality and customized product.
