What is SEED?

In order to have orders delivered in an efficient, fast and seamless fashion, Paytm now has various consolidation centres across India. These consolidation centres are called SEEDs

• 40+ SEED centres across India• You have to handover all your packed shipments exclude volumetric shipments to only the SEED partner• Point-to-point pick up by SEED• Increase in serviceability• Sorting & handing over the packets to respective courier partners is done by SEED

Order is delivered to the customer

Order is shipped from your warehouse by assigned courier

Download the packaging slip of that order from To Pack

2 To request pickup

Here you will request for manifest only when your shipments are packed and ready to ship

Pickup awaited

Download manifest slip and ship the order accordingly

Note- Once your shipment moved in Pickup awaited then all shipments must be ready to handover. Non adherence can be liable to penalize

Your order moves to “To Pack” from where you’ll download the packing slip

Retail Invoice – You have to insert it inside the packaging box

This is a sample Manifest. Date, time, name and total no. of shipments should be clearly mentioned on first and last page of manifest

Note– Please make sure that ALL your shipments are packed and ready to ship when you generate the manifest

How can you process single order?

• You have to take two copies ofthe manifest

• In case of multiple manifests,global count (total shipmentshanded over in all manifests)must be mentioned on first andlast page of each manifest

• Get both copies signed by youand the courier executive

• One copy should be handedover to courier executive andanother one is for your record

In case you have lost your packing slip or manifest before shipping you can generate the duplicate of the two by going on pickup awaited

What are the packaging materials & guidelines?

Tip- If you are an OEM seller, you could repack to make your product more presentable

Cushion the product inside the package with things such as bubble wrapping

Use tapes liberally on joints and edges

Use strong material that keeps the product safe from scratches or damage on the outside.

Use ‘Fragile’ sticker if applies to the product type

What are the packaging materials & guidelines?

Add all other details and documents necessarye.g. invoice

Print the packing slip clearly and insert packing slip in pouch attached with polybag

Please make sure that it is not wrinkled and all details are clearly visible, including the barcode
