3. Connect ICICI Bank Account & Verify
4. Transfer Salary Directly From factoHR
5. Generate Transaction and Reconcilation Detail Report

1 - Create Company Profile
• Log-in using the user credentials of company.
• To setup, complete 'Company Profile'.

2 - Enable Banking Integration
• After complete 'Company Profile' then click on 'Company Bank Detail'.
• In the 'Company Bank Detail' click on 'Bank Integration Registration'.

2 - Enable Banking Integration
• To open pop-up window 'ICICI Bank Registration'.
• Add your 'Bank Type' , 'Corporate Id' , 'Bank User Id' , 'Bank User Alias Id' and 'Debit Account No'.

2 - Enable Banking Integration
• On clicking 'Save,' the submitted details will be visible with account status as 'Pending'.
• After registration it will redirect to ICICI Approve Account link to approve integration with factoHR system.

3 - Connect ICICI Bank Account & Verify
• Login to your ICICI Bank corporate account.

• Open 'Connected Banking Approvals' under 'Connected Banking' module.
• Approve the request received from factoHR platform.

• On approving the request, click on 'Refresh Status' under 'Bank Integration' tab.
• The account status changes to 'Registered' from 'Pending'.

4 - Transfer Salary Directly From factoHR
• After finalization of salary go to Bank Transfer and select your integrated ICICI Bank Account.
• Click on 'pay Now' to start the process.

• The System will display Employee Code, Name, Bank Name, Amount etc.
• Click on 'Submit' to receive OTP.

• Here you need to provide OTP which you have receive on your register mobile number.
• Enter the received OTP and click on 'Submit'.

• On validation of OTP you will receive Transfer Status of all employees.

5 - Generate Transaction and Reconcilation Detail Report
• To get individual payment status you can get Unique Request Id from above report. Then unique ID needs to be provided in check payment status window to change status of individual entries.
