� The Ministry for the Presidency will coordinate the initiatives related to regulatory quality and will overview regulatory impact assessments.

� The annual legislative plan will list the legislative acts to undergo evaluation of their results.
� RIA will foresee how ex post evaluations of legislative acts will take place

Spanish Law 14/2013 to support entrepreneurship
� Public Administrations establishing new administrative burdens for business must eliminate at least one existing administrative burden for business with an equivalent cost.

�The objective for each ministerial department is to enforce this principle in the time of one year and within its field of competence.
