Ascend 2016 was amazing! Many Generators traveled from all over the globe to join us for our First Annual Global Convention. We had a lot of great training, important updates, ex-citing announcements, awesome recognition, and a ton of fun! I can still feel the energy from the event as I write this message.

The Green Valley Resort in Las Vegas was hot! And I don’t just mean hot as in weather, but “hot” as in the level of excitement in the air, created by all the Generators who gath-ered to learn from one another, discuss new ideas, and set goals on taking their WG busi-nesses to the next level.

Some of the Ascend 2016 highlights for me were Chima’s presentations (which you can watch by using these links), the Compliance Game Show, and of course our last session of this event – our Recognition Banquet, where it was all about the achievements of you, our field of Generators.

It was fantastic to see over 100 of our WG Top Gun Leaders enjoy a night of fun at the new TopGolf in Las Vegas and then the next morning gather together again to discuss our future path and preview what’s just ahead for us all.

many of the highlights for many of the new and exciting announcements that came out of this great event, like – enhancements to the FX Simplifier; where and when our next great events and trips will be, etc.

I want to personally thank each person that made the investment in themselves, their business, and the WG family to be with us at Ascend. If you couldn’t make it this year, set a goal to join us next year. I know you and your business will grow tremendously as a result. Live events are so important to cap-turing the energy and vision for the future. The more people on your team that attend the next WG live event, the more your busi-ness will grow. Events help shape our culture and allow each of us to connect as one big WG family. We learn for the future, and cel-ebrate the present. We are proud of each and every one of you and can’t wait to see you at Ascend 2017!

How did you get started in Network Marketing?

I got started in the industry 6 years ago, one of my cousins shared the opportunity with me when I was 18. I was in college and was working two jobs at the time which allowed me to see the opportunity of having both time freedom and financial freedom. Back then it wasn’t as simple as it is now—I remember in my first network marketing company it took me 6 months to bring in my first person and in two years the most I ever earned was $300 but I gained a lot of knowledge and the right mentality.

What attracted you to Wealth Generators?

• Their financial education services

• The philosophy of “Find, Grow, Keep”

• The founders with their great ethics and val-ues

• And most importantly, the opportunity that WG offers to everyone to create their own economic stability. It’s an opportunity where the team I am part of will gener-ate attractive returns—not like in previous companies I’ve been in where only me and a few others could show results that attracted more entrepreneurs with the desire to suc-ceed.

What is it that motivates you to be the type of leader that you are today?

When I started years ago knew I wasn’t the

best networker, but I knew I was born to do great things and this was a great opportunity to turn that thought into reality. I wanted to have results and go beyond the average. One of the many factors that drove me was the responsi-bility of bringing in people who trusted me to bring improvement to their homes. Today I’m excited to know that there are 17 people on my team generating more than 6 figures, and thou-sands of other people earning money with the compensation plan that WG offers as well with the service in the financial markets.

How old are you and what do you like to do during your free time?

I am 26 years old. I like to workout, have fun with friends, watch soccer, party, make videos, travel, and I love writing and seeing new places. I’m currently writing my own book.

What advice would you give to a beginner who wants to follow in your footsteps?

I would recommend that they develop the conviction to work your mind and follow a method. Listen to everything that your upline or leader teaches you. Not everyone has the opportunity to have a leader in this business, I would say that 95% of the success you have is from the mentor that you have.

If there was only one thing that you wanted everyone to know about you, what would it be?

I am the type of person who clings to their dreams.
