The house is wheelchair accessible and the backyard can beenjoyed by all, with no steps outdoors. The applicant must be aged 18 years or over.

SupportCurrently this house offers support seven days a week. The houseis staffed with a sleepover model of support overnight.  If you are an NDIS participant, you will need to have SupportedIndependent Living (SIL) funding in your plan.

FundingThis home is an enrolled Specialist Disability Accommodation(SDA) property. The SDA building type for this house is GroupHome and the design category is Fully Accessible. Therefore theapplicant would need to be eligible for the appropriate SDA levelfunding in their NDIS plan. This would include the means to payfor rent, housekeeping and utilities.
