1. National Lok Adalat to be held on 08.04.2017.

2. Hold Legal Aid Clinics in Jails (East at Gangtok & South at Namchi) including Plea

Bargaining as one of the subjects for UTP’s by Panel Advocates under the supervision of

DLSAs on April 15, 2017 (Saturday).

3. Legal awareness programmes by DLSAs/TLSCs under Micro Legal Literacy Scheme on

Environmental Laws on the occasion of “Earth Day” falling on April 22, 2017(Saturday).

4. Legal awareness programmes relating to MGNREGA at the DLSAs and TLSCs level.

5. Hold regular Lok Adalats by DLSAs & TLSCs.

6. Monitoring the activities of Student Legal Literacy Clubs established in High Schools and

Colleges by DLSAs and TLSCs and also progress of “Lessons in Law” for Classes IX and XI

and reports to be submitted within a week thereafter to Sikkim SLSA.

7. Meeting of Monitoring Committee set up under the NALSA’s (Free and Competent Legal

Services) Regulations, 2010.

8. Sensitization/Training Programme on one Scheme out of the new Seven Schemes of NALSA

to be conducted by DLSAs/TLSCs once a month.

9. Meeting of the DLSAs and TLSCs with the Panel Lawyers and PLV’s on 3rd/4th Saturday.

10. Hold Legal Aid Clinics by trained PLV’s and Panel Advocates under the supervision of

DLSAs on every Wednesday and Saturday in all the Block Administrative Centres/ADR

12. Sensitization Programme for Working Women and Internal Complaint Committees and

Training of Trainer (ToT) programme for Panel Advocates on Sexual Harassment of Women

at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 on the following dates:
