April 3, 2019 Dear Parents and Guardians: The NEASC team sent on the re-accreditation visit to SPXS, will arrive on Sunday! I invite you to welcome the team to SPXS on Monday morning, April 8th. These educators, from around New England, are looking forward to meeting with parents and guardians and speaking with you about the school. Parents and guardians, join a gathering at drop-off time Monday in the cafeteria. Have some coffee, meet our guests, and share your thoughts about our school. Please RSVP to the school office if you want to attend, as attendance is limited to 20 respondents. With our NEASC visit Monday-Wednesday, the students have been told that NUT cards may not be used those days. So, no dress-down for students next Mon., Tues., or Wed. Our 4th Grade Classes will present the traditional, and very moving, Living Stations next Thursday at 12:30 pm in St. Pius X Church. Please join us for this beautiful presentation of the Stations of the Cross, led by our students.

There are no words to describe the performance of Shrek, Jr., other than utterly amazing! Our Middle School students wowed the audiences each evening, and truly showcased their acting, singing, and comedic talents. Congratulations to the performers, and to the hard-working team that made it all come together so successfully!

Eucharistic Adoration

On April 12th from 7:30am to 2:30pm our school will be experiencing a Lenten Adoration period.

As always, we reach out to you for support, knowing that this time of Lent is a perfect time to reflect and look for that space that brings us closer to God.

The teachers will be bringing the children to the chapel for short periods of Adoration throughout the day, therefore everyone who comes for Adoration must be CORI cleared.
