Thank you for your interest in the Caliber Club and we appreciate your desire to have more cards. The intent of the club is to make it ultra-exclusive for our highest level members and buyers, and as such, we are intentionally limiting the quantity of cards to just one per company and having it sent to only C-level contacts. I hope you can appreciate our desire to limit the number of people who have access to the club, so it is most enjoyable for those people that can take advantage of the lounge and its benefits. Exhibitors can order 24 hour power

Standard Electrical come in the following amps: 5amps, 10amps, 20amps or 30amps. If an exhibitor requires more than 30amps they will need to contact the Sands Expo directly

Exhibitors do not need to order electrical labor if the electrical line will be placed centered in the back of the booth. Any other location in the booth will require labor and a diagram of placement of the line(s)

Full lights will be on at 3pm - 7pm on Monday, January 16th for Halls A-D & G. Otherwise, work lights will be on during set-up.

Emergency Alarms Sands/Venetian announcements over the intercom system are only made if there is an alarm triggered or need to evacuate the building. If a female voice comes over the alarm, it means they are investigating the situation and reason for the alarm. If a male voice comes over the alarm, it means an evacuation is in process. Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors EAC wristband pickup – Show Office #201 starting Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 EAC contact must pickup wristbands daily. Can pick-up next day after 2:00pm. Exhibitor - Meeting Rooms Exhibitors can apply for meeting rooms by going to the Show Office, Sands 201. Meeting rooms can be rented for full or half day (morning 7am - 12 noon or afternoon 1pm - 6pm) or evening. Meeting rooms can also be rented for multiple days. Available beginning Sunday, January 15 - Friday, January 20. There is a conference room available for $500 per hour. Show Office can assist with that. The following information pertains to any exhibiting company transporting firearms to the 2017 SHOT Show.

This policy should be disseminated to all Contractors involved with product delivery and/or take away.

MOVE-IN

Crates containing firearms coming from warehouse or Show site need to have an Advanced Security or Direct Security Label. These items will be separated from the rest of the shipment or be taken directly to Secured Storage in the Sands Meeting Room 310 or on Level 2 – Hall D front of the 16000 Aisle and Bassano 2801-2802. Secured Storage will be available for contracting every night during Move-In and Show Days at no charge.

Storage of empty firearm containers during the Show will need to have special labels in order to expedite return of the containers at the close of the show. DO NOT use standard storage labels.

FIREARMS DEACTIVATION & SAFETY POLICY All firearms displayed must be deactivated by removal of the firing pin (exhibitor

removes the pin) or other alteration so that they may not be fired. Live ammunition, powder or primers may not be brought into the Exhibit Hall.

Safety Advisors will visit all booths for inspection during show setup. Once a firearm has been certified deactivated, it will be banded through the trigger

guard and is approved for display. If the exhibitor is displaying more than 20 firearms you can set-up an appointment

with a Safety Advisor to inspect your firearms in the booth on Sunday, January 15 or Monday, January 16, 2017. Go to the Firearm Inspection Appointment link in the Exhibitor Resource center to schedule an appointment.

Any firearm brought into the Show after the Safety Inspection has taken place must go to Safety Advisors Office, Room 304, Sands, and Level 1 to be inspected and tagged. No firearm may be displayed afterthe Show opens without a band. Firearms capable of firing must be removed from the Exhibit Hall immediately.

SHOW DAYS A Safety Advisor Inspection needs to be done on all firearms displayed. The Safety

Advisors will visit all booths in the Exhibitor Hall starting on Sunday, January 15, 8am – 4pm and finishing on Monday, January 16, 8am – 10pm. Appointments are made on the hour each day.

Any firearm entering the Show after the Safety Inspection has taken place on Monday, January 16, must first be inspected and tagged to verify that the firing pin has been removed. After that, you may go to the Safety Advisors Office, Room 304

Only firearms on display by exhibitors whose firing pins have been removed (and have been inspected by SHOT Show Safety Advisors) will be permitted on the Show floor.

Exhibitor is responsible for the storage of empty containers during Show days. They need to leave in their booth or pay for Access Storage through Freeman. Secured Storage will not store empty containers during the day.

MOVE-OUT

All crates with a Firearm Crate Label will be returned to the booth first at show close at 4:00pm. Special labels can be obtained through Freeman. Please pack your firearms first before the rest of your show freight.

There are options for outbound shipments of firearms:

Hire a guard until shipment is loaded for outbound Return containers to Secured Storage locations until the shipment is loaded for

MARSHALLING YARD

All delivering carriers must check in at the Marshaling Yard prior to delivering to the Sands Expo Center.

Drivers must check in on the day and time of the exhibitor's scheduled target time. Go to www.shotshow.org/erc to confirm target times

Valid certified weight tickets are required when checking into the Marshaling Yard. Freeman does have full-size scales available at the Marshaling Yard.

All carriers will be assigned an unloading number according to the driver check-in time.

No target times during move-out. Freeman will dispatch drivers based on booth location and availability.

HAND-CARRY FREIGHT

Hand carry is defined as small items such as cartons and packages that an exhibitor is able to carry.

Exhibitors may hand-carry freight with the following guidelines: Mechanical assistance is limited to a small dolly. The assistance of any

motorized device or pallet jack is not permitted. Exhibitors must use specified exhibitor hand carry areas only – the parking garage or main entrance.

In all other circumstances items should be considered Freeman material handling.

Under no circumstance is exhibitor authorized to use Freeman material handling equipment for any purpose.

You can hand-carry from in front of the Sands Expo Center, however you cannot leave a vehicle unattended, or bring in through the Venetian Hotel

POV - PRIVATELY-OWNED VEHICLE PROGRAM

The P.O.V. Staging Area is located on Sands Avenue between Koval Lane and Manhattan Road (before Paradise Road). Enter from eastbound Sands Avenue.

P.O.V., or privately owned vehicle, is considered to be any vehicle that is primarily designed to transport passengers, not cargo or freight. Examples include pick-ups, passenger vans, cars, taxis, limos, etc.

This service does not include trucks/vans pulling trailers in excess of 10 feet or trucks over 1 ton and no rental trucks or bobtails

POV’s may be unloaded on: Sunday, 1/15 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday, 1/16 6:00am – 8:00pm During move-out, POV’s will be reloaded on Friday, 1/20 5:00pm – 9:00pm.

If you arrive with a vehicle that does not qualify for this service, or have material that requires mechanical assistance to unload, you will be directed to an alternate location and will be unloaded via material handling services.

This service is the free P.O.V. Service for one roundtrip from the dock to your booth and from your booth to the dock. This service will be available during move-in and move-out.

Material Handling HAND-CARRY FREIGHT

Hand carry is defined as small items such as cartons and packages that an exhibitor is able to carry.

Exhibitors may hand-carry freight with the following guidelines: Mechanical assistance is limited to a small dolly. The assistance of any motorized device or pallet jack is not permitted. Must use specified exhibitor hand carry areas only – the parking garage or main

entrance In all other circumstances items should be considered material handling. In no circumstance is exhibitor authorized to use Freeman material handling

equipment for any purpose. POV - PRIVATELY-OWNED VEHICLE PROGRAM

The P.O.V. Staging Area is located on Sands Avenue between Koval Lane and Manhattan Road (before Paradise Road). Enter from Sands Avenue.

P.O.V., or privately owned vehicle, is considered to be any vehicle that is primarily designed to transport passengers, not cargo or freight. Examples include pick-ups, passenger vans, cars, taxis, limos, etc.

This service does not include trucks/vans pulling trailers in excess of 10 feet or trucks over 1 ton and no rental trucks or bobtails

During peak periods POV’s may be unloaded on Sunday, January 15, 2017, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Monday, January 16, 2017 6:00am - 8:00pm. During move-out, POV’s will be reloaded on Friday, January 20, 2017 5:00pm - 9:00pm

If you arrive with a vehicle that does not qualify for this service, or have material that requires mechanical assistance to unload, you will be directed to an alternate location and will be unloaded via material handling services.

This service is the free P.O.V. Service for one (1) trip, one way, from the dock to your booth or from your booth to the dock. This service will be available during move-in and move-out.

Additional trips will be at the rate of $86.25 per cart. each way. Wait time for this service can exceed 2-3 hours.

Supplier Showcase is an opportunity for suppliers of tools, machinery, plastics, metal extrusions, fabrics, OE materials, fabrication, logistics, software or other products and services to manufacturers to exhibit for one day prior to SHOT Show. When Monday, January 16, 2017 9am - 5pm

Wifi is provided free of charge throughout the Sands Expo Center, compliments of NSSF. Wifi speed is only equipped to handle checking emails or utilizing the SHOT Show mobile app, and is intended to be a service to the attendees coming to the Show. It is not capable of streaming video or conducting demonstrations by exhibitors. Please inform all exhibitors that if internet will be needed in the booth, they will need to purchase dedicated internet service.
