CALIDENACALIDENA• A participative learning process on quality and value chain analysis, aiming at value chain actors to incorporate and apply the results of the process

• The process is oriented at a specific action to be achieved in the post-phase of the training

• All relevant actors of the VC do participate: representatives of private business, support institutions and the quality system

The CALIDENACALIDENA sequence:

3. Preparation phase and recall (six weeks)

5. Participative Analysis Workshop with all VC actors (three days)

7. Execution of action plan previously elaborated in the analysis workshop
