Part I: Request International Shipping Rates

Step 1: Choose your transportation preference

The drop down list allows you to select the correct incoterm

Hover over the question mark to read the explanation for each item.

Turn on Save Draft function and a draft of your quote request will be saved after you click “Continue”

Step  2:  Choose  locations  &  time

The progress bar indicates which steps you have completed

Key in the exact addresses of the origin and destination of your shipment

Step  3:  Key  in  the  details  of  your  shipment

If you have more than one type of commodity, add more here.

Check this box if you want the freight forwarder to include insurance in their quotes.

Step  4:  Review  &  submit  your  quote  request

You can either edit the information in the previous steps, or Submit the quote request

Review every information of your shipment in this section.

You will see this message once you submit your request.

Part II: Review & Accept International Shipping Rates

Select one of these tabs to see your requests in the respective type

Over view information of your submitted request

Click “View” to see the details of your request

Select one of these tabs to see the quote submitted by the respective freight forwarder

Click on this list to see the component charges of the quote

You can initiate a conversation with the freight forwarder if you have questions.

If you like the quote, click “Accept” to notify all the freight forwarders who quoted about your decision.

Click here to view the freight forwarder’s profile (including reviews and ratings)

Once you accept a quote, other quotes from other freight forwarders will be labeled “Declined”.

What happens after you accept a quote?

• Only after you click “Accept”, your contact information will be visible to the freight forwarder you choose.

• A Fleet team member will reach out and assist you on the next steps.• You can arrange further details and payments directly with your freight forwarder.• After your shipment shipped, don’t forget to leave a review about your freight

forwarder. Your review will greatly help your freight forwarder and other shippers.
